Don’t run away from your fears, but run straight into them. Devour them. Conquer them. Feel them, and endure them. Running away only temporarily shields them from your sight. They will remain until they are attacked head on. So face them. Turn and face them until there is nothing left.
You create your own definition of happiness. With your own heart. With your own awareness. Other people may insist what ‘true happiness’ is, but you are the only one who holds the power to decide this for yourself.
